Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at elen@gkotsi.art with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elen@gkotsi.art with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
