Processing Time Please allow 2–3 business days for order handling and preparation before shipment.

Shipping Times Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. During holiday seasons, please allow 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Shipping Destinations We ship to Greece, the European Union, and worldwide.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at elen@gkotsi.art within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Items If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at elen@gkotsi.art within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will be happy to send a replacement.

Customs, VAT & Import Fees For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
