The Relaxing – Calming Abstract Art series grew from Gkotsi Art’s desire to create calm and clarity. The works are large-scale, designed to create an atmosphere in a room that feels like a “safe place” — a space where the stress of daily life can be set aside.

Beneath the soft, light surfaces of white, pink, beige, or gentle tones lie the original layers of spontaneous marks, scribbles, and dynamic traces — the chaos, stress, and disorder of life. The calming surface allows both the viewer and the artist to gain distance from this chaos, find inner stillness, and reconnect with oneself.

Each canvas is unique. The works invite the viewer to pause, feel the balance between movement and calm, and experience the space as a place of quiet reflection.
