SAFEPLACE is the core piece of the Relaxing – Calming Abstract Art series. It was created with the intention of offering a visual refuge — a place to withdraw, breathe, and let go.
Beneath the calm, soft surface lie earlier layers of movement and intensity, representing inner unrest, stress, and emotional overload. Through the painting process, these layers were gradually quieted and covered, allowing a sense of distance from chaos to emerge.
